Smart intercoms for Sky House Projects

SMART Access & Identity 2024 Access Control & Identity Management, Residential Estate (Industry)

Two leading-edge apartment projects in Indonesia, Sky House Alam Sutera+ and Sky House BSD were developed by Risland Holdings, a Hong Kong-based multinational real estate company. Risland is committed to combining its leading design concepts with the needs of local customers and offers ‘Five Star Living’.

As the most sought-after projects, Sky House Alam Sutera+ and BSD are surrounded by numerous facilities that can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes. When searching for the best intercom for two projects, Risland expected a system to meet modern lifestyles and bring comfortable living to the residents, allowing them to enjoy the utmost convenience.

Visitor management with ease

The project needed a reliable and nimble security system that would accommodate the need to monitor visitors and grant access to the owner’s home, whether from the home or far reaches of another city. DNAKE’s easy and smart intercom solution has everything in place for modern residential buildings, so Risland selected DNAKE video intercoms.

DNAKE 7-inch IP Indoor Monitors were installed in a total of 2433 apartments. Working with the door lock access control system, the DNAKE intercom brings convenience and ease to residents. Upon receiving an incoming call from the door station, residents can use the indoor monitor to see and talk to the visitors before remotely granting or denying door entry. Residents can also stream the live video of outdoor environments.

Anywhere access control

The DNAKE IP intercom enables the residents to have voice and video communication with visitors. It is easy to identify visitors on the large 7-inch touchscreen display. It has been proven to increase the value of properties, allowing the residents to enjoy smart living and offering visitors a perfect user experience.

Another important feature of DNAKE IP intercoms is the convenient mobile app capability, enabling users to answer visitor calls as well as grant access from anywhere. With the addition of the DNAKE Smart Life APP, having a high-quality voice and video communication capability makes this system an excellent solution.

DNAKE offers a comprehensive range of video intercom products with multi-series solutions to meet various project needs. Premium IP-based products, 2-wire products and wireless doorbells significantly improve the communication experience between visitors, house owners, and property management centres.
