Re-introduction of the booking system

[Sponsored] As part of streamlining online services, PSiRA is reintroducing the booking system for branch visits. Effective Monday, 4 December 2023, clients will be required to book a slot to visit any PSiRA branch. The system is designed to ensure that clients are able to select the branch they want to visit together with the date and time.

The system will improve efficiency in the administration of clients’ requests and offer convenience to clients. ePSiRA services will remain accessible online, and clients will only be required to book branch visits for services that might not be accessible online.

Clients will also be able to reschedule or cancel a booking. The system will assist clients to plan their day by booking a slot. To secure a booking, clients will be required to log into their profile and follow the subsequent steps:

• Click on service request.

• Select service type e.g., card collection.

• Select branch.

• Select date.

• Select a time slot.

• Enter email address.

• Click on save.

• Then, clients will be automatically redirected to the booking status.
