Revolutionise your security with integrated solutions

Issue 8 2023 Products & Solutions, Surveillance

Secutel has introduced a new security monitoring and management approach through its integrated product suite. By merging the capabilities of SecuVue and Secutraq, it has forged a robust system empowering users to fine-tune analytics and harness facial recognition, pose detection, and XFS, among other features.

This platform seamlessly interfaces with Secutraq, a front-end monitoring software that reports any incidents, ensuring clients receive swift and effective security management services.

Seamlessly integrating all static CCTV cameras into Secutraq makes the reporting function customizable, enabling users to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and elevate them to a team leader. This guarantees that no event goes unnoticed, as team leaders can configure the system to flag an event and dispatch an email in the event of a facial recognition match.

Integrating NoKey and Visual Monitor amplifies these benefits, enhancing efficiency and promptness in security management. Visual Messenger, Secutel’s middleware, dispatches messages to the Listener program or Watchdog managers, synchronously triggering events on the visual verifier. This integration ensures that clients receive top-tier security solutions and services.

Secutel also provides a third integration option via the setup of virtual ports on Visual Messenger. With only four ports available on a visual verifier, a fifth port can be established to trigger events simultaneously when an alarm is activated on the internal build. This means that Visual Monitor and Secutraq can be activated, facilitating efficient security management.

Secutel’s integrated solutions offer many advantages, including efficient and punctual security management, elimination of missed events, and seamless communication between diverse systems. Our solutions guarantee the delivery of security management services, establishing us as the trusted and preferred choice.
