25 years in residential estate security

Issue 7 2022 Residential Estate (Industry)

Stafix Security Centres is a South African-owned company that is committed to providing our customers with a choice of quality imported and locally manufactured products that meet all the needs of the electronic security market, including residential estates.

Our product offering, including our international JVA product range, is available at all 28 branches countrywide, each with its own in-house technician, so that we can offer you fast and efficient after-sales repair service. Our technicians all have experience in designing, assisting in commissioning and fault finding of residential estate security systems. This includes complete fencing solutions, be it a single-energiser sectored system, multi-zone networked energiser system, estate perimeter JVA software-managed solution, cloud management redundant system or vibration monitoring/wire separation/anti-dig solution.

These fencing systems and solutions can be integrated into our CCTV, access control and other third-party technologies. Our CCTV systems include more than just CCTV and can be better described as a video surveillance system. These systems further include visible cameras, night vision cameras, thermal cameras, artificial intelligence (AI) and smart motion detection (SMD), radar, automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), and facial detection and recognition. Furthermore, we have access to an extensive network of accredited Stafix Security Centres installers, should you require your security system to be installed for you.

Stafix Security Centres offers its customers a unique blend of experience and youth. The founder, now CEO, introduced high-powered electric fencing to the southern African market in the ‘70s. This combines with the youthful enthusiasm of our sales staff and their in-field practical experience in the erection and installation of electric fences, automatic gate motors, outdoor beams, CCTV systems, the latest Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities, access control, wireless products and intercom systems.

We are able to advise on and supply solar and wireless solutions for residential estates where grid power supply at remote points is a challenge. The net result is we can provide you with all the necessary equipment, service and advice you will require for the installation of your residential estate security solutions.

Stafix Security Centres has 25 years’ experience dealing with residential estate security, and continues to expand throughout South Africa. This also includes a presence in over 30 countries worldwide, either through a branch outlet or working with a trusted partner in that region.
