Global relationship strengthened by local partnership

Issue 5 2021 News & Events

Bosch Building Technologies has announced that its video systems and public address portfolios are now available in the southern Africa market at ADI Global Distribution, a Resideo company. This local agreement strengthens the global relationship already shared by Bosch and ADI.

“ADI and Bosch have built a very strong relationship across Europe and we are excited to have the opportunity to extend this to the African market," explains Quintin van den Berg, country business director southern Africa of Bosch Building Technologies. “Bosch’s 100 years of global experience in developing security and safety solutions combined with ADI’s more than 30 years of global supply chain expertise facilitate a dynamic approach to deliver high quality solutions and extensive project support services to satisfy local market needs.”

ADI will distribute a broad range of Bosch video systems including the cost-effective IP 3000i camera family, as well as public address systems and loudspeakers for a vast range of applications, underpinned by the enhanced features, quality and reliability system integrators have come to expect from Bosch.

ADI offers service and support, including guidance on product selection and presales support in the form of site surveys, system design, pre-build and configuration and commissioning via a dedicated ADI project support team.

“At ADI, we are continuously adding to our portfolio to ensure our customers have access to the solutions they need to build complete systems," said Riaan Olivier, ADI GM, MEA. “This collaboration will allow system integrators and installers to pursue new market opportunities and add new devices to existing installs, from small retail and commercial applications, to shopping malls and office buildings”.
