iPulse expands on all fronts

Issue 3 2021 News & Events

iPulse Systems has expanded significantly in the past two months, bringing on board three new employees and moving offices to much larger premises, located in the same office park.

Bianka Pretorius.

Joining the team and helping to drive the company’s expanding client base are the following people:

• Bianka Pretorius has joined as project manager/research assistant for key clients. Pretorius has a BA in Corporate Communication and is already an asset to the team.

• Candice Gobey has also joined the team in the role of sales administrator and will be working with the company’s new CRM system to help track and manage customer communication across the board. Gobey has a wealth of experience in customer service.

• Tristan Smith will take on the role of technical administrator and DevOps as iPulse grows its new network operations centre (NOC), which will ultimately provide 24/7/365 support to clients across the globe. Smith’s love for IT makes him perfect for this role, which will see him own the technical aspects of the support team.

In addition to expanding its team, iPulse has also grown its offices substantially. The move, from unit 15A Skyview Retail Park to unit 18 in the same park, sees the company doubling its office space, including a full canteen, a 24-hour NOC, a full R&D; lab and a security-compliant server room for offsite storage and backup.

Over and above this, a new classroom for partner and customer training and an expanded boardroom facility, along with significantly more space for manufacturing and the admin/operations team means that iPulse is ready for the future.
