Smart security for your home

Issue 2 2021 Products & Solutions

EZVIZ is a brand of intelligent devices and high-tech home solutions that aims to create living environments that feel safe, secure, convenient and, most importantly, like a home. The EZVIZ C3X security camera is an AI-powered dark-fighter, a commercial-grade security camera with a dual-lens setup.

The use of a dual-lens provides vivid colour imaging, with one lens recording ambient brightness, and the other capturing colour information. Expect nothing less than clear, vivid, and high quality playback. The colour night vision functions without the assistance of daylight or spotlight in the evening. The C3X has taken a step forward with its built-in deep learning model that can differentiate and detect person and vehicle shapes in real time. This AI technology will then provide the user with precise alerts of potential intruders straight to their mobile devices.

Another feature is its ability to survey areas within a user’s property that are deemed as needing the highest quality of security. With this feature, users are able to draw lines around particular areas within the camera’s view that keep people, cars, or both out of these zones. If people or vehicles are detected, the C3X will issue an alarm and a strobe light will be switched on in order to drive intruders away. In addition, a notification will be sent to the home owner notifying them of the event. Should users want a customisable form of deterrent, the C3X allows for personalised greetings or voice alerts.

Using the latest H.265 video compression technology, the C3X renders clearer and smoother video while reducing the need for data storage space and bandwidth. There is also a wide range of storage solutions. Data can be saved via a microSD card of up to 256 GB and the EZVIZ CloudPlay, cloud video storage services are available for all of a home’s EZVIZ devices. Furthermore, its IP67 rating means it is able to withstand all types of weather.
