Turnstar’s MorphoWave pedestal

With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, a number of customers using fingerprint biometric readers have been looking to upgrade their access control system to a touchless solution. The MorphoWave biometric reader allows for contact-free biometric verification and has become an important solution during this time of COVID-19.

Turnstar recently designed and is now manufacturing a mounting solution for customers to fit the Wave reader on or near an access control point, such as a turnstile, door or vehicle barrier.


The Wave pedestal is designed to be a self-standing mounting solution and is available in either powder coated mild steel, 304 grade or 316 grade brushed stainless steel.

Ideal for any entrance, the MorphoWave, combined with Turnstar’s range of mounting brackets and pedestals, is an ideal solution for contactless security.
