With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, a number of customers using fingerprint biometric readers have been looking to upgrade their access control system to a touchless solution. The MorphoWave biometric reader allows for contact-free biometric verification and has become an important solution during this time of COVID-19.
Turnstar recently designed and is now manufacturing a mounting solution for customers to fit the Wave reader on or near an access control point, such as a turnstile, door or vehicle barrier.
The Wave pedestal is designed to be a self-standing mounting solution and is available in either powder coated mild steel, 304 grade or 316 grade brushed stainless steel.
