Paxton’s free training sessions

April 2016 Conferences & Events, Access Control & Identity Management, Perimeter Security, Alarms & Intruder Detection

Paxton’s strategy is centred on educating those who work within the security industry about its products that harness the latest technology to provide powerful, yet easy to install and use solutions. This practical approach to training ensures Paxton products are specified and installed with confidence.

Werner Geldenhuys, sales executive at Paxton explains the company’s approach. “The key to successful training is to have trainees engaged and involved with the product. The focus of our training is on the individual; they are given the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the product in a practical session. Paxton’s Certified Installer Programme provides the tools to select the right product for the job, and the ability to install confidently and correctly first time. Less time on site means more profit for the system integrator and greater customer satisfaction.

“Whether the individual is from an intruder alarm background or their core business is networked products, our objective is to cater for all levels while keeping the material we deliver consistent. Each session varies slightly depending upon the audience attending. However, the same important key information will be delivered throughout the day.”

Paxton training seminars in South Africa have been well received with 100% of installers saying they would recommend it to a colleague.
