Milestone Systems has released Milestone Husky M50 Advanced.
This streamlined appliance is a customisable, rack-mounted, premium solution that combines high-performance, robust, industrial-grade hardware and XProtect advanced video management software for complex, multi-site deployments. The unit supports up to 120 cameras in an all-in-one set up.
An onsite configuration wizard called Husky Assistant makes it possible to simplify deployment of all-in-one and recording server configurations. This significantly reduces installation time compared to traditional server set-ups. The assistant can also help customers with multi-site XProtect advanced software deployments to maintain a standardised NVR/server configuration across.
The Milestone Husky 50 Advanced video appliance can be operated as a standalone unit with the advantage of joining even the most advanced distributed setup – with no extra software or upgrades required. The same goes for installations needing integration with access control systems, XProtect LPR, third-party integrations such as video analytics, scanners and more.
