Its ST4x Series of handheld devices offer a rugged mobile identification solution capable of use in all harsh environments. Various functions from ticket validation to highly secured biometric identification can be carried out on the spot. Connectivity options include wireless LAN, Bluetooth, infra red and USB.

The device is biometric enabled, with a built-in fingerprint scanner, enabling authentication and biometrics information of ID cards and travel documents in a mobile environment.
