New biometric fingerprint system

RCG Systems SA has launched a home and office biometric fingerprint access control system which will store up to 3000 fingerprint images.

The S903 supports one-to-one, one-to-few and one-to-many identification modes, and has a fast fingerprint recognition processing time of under 0,5 seconds.

The unit includes a built-in tamper-proof alarm and can be networked using TCP/IP, RS485 or Wiegand to a central security hub.

The S903 comes with four types of alarm conditions, tamper, circuit break, invalid door opening and overtime door closing.

For added security, there are three verification modes - fingerprint only, fingerprint or password, and fingerprint and password.
